Our curriculum at St Patrick’s is broad and balanced and provides opportunities for pupils to study a wide variety of subjects.  It is reviewed regularly in accordance with the Northern Ireland Curriculum.

Key Stage 3

Key Stage 4

In addition to the Key Stage 3 subjects, we also offer:

Additional Science, Business Studies, Child Development, Double Award Engineering, Learning for Life & Work, Occupational Studies.

 

AS and A2 Level

Some AS and A2 subjects are offered here in St Patrick’s College and others in conjunction with the Roe Valley Learning Community. These include:

Art & Design, Biology, Business Studies, Construction, Engineering, French, Health & Social Care, History, I.C.T., Moving Image, Music, Performing Arts, P.E.

 

The Limavady Learning Partnership (LLP) was formally established in 2002, drawing in all six local post-primary education providers (two controlled, two maintained, one special school and one FE provider).  LLP was originally formed to co-ordinate shared educational provision across the Roe Valley.  The potential for using shared education to drive reconciliation is there amongst young people.  Now known as the Roe Valley Leaning Community, St Patrick’s pupils are able to access a range of courses in our partner schools.
