On Thursday 10th April 2008 34 pupils and 5 members of staff left for a 5-day educational
tour of Paris.
After a very early rise (!), the group flew from Dublin and stayed 4 nights , bed and
breakfast, in a 2-star hotel. They spent one full day in Eurodisney, a second day in Parc
Astérix and visited famous sights such as the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the
Eiffel Tower and Montmartre artists’ quarter.
To top it all, they were treated to a cruise on the beautiful River Seine, thus experiencing Parisian culture and way of life from a different perspective.
